ISRE Bake Sale 12 Sept 2011

Today is the first ISRE bake sale in our department. Needless to say I ate far too many goodies. Also realised it National Cupcake Week any excuse eh. Will try and learn to bake something new every week. xx

Today I had a go at making a shoe cake on my cake workshop, I enjoyed it even though it wasnt perfect but not bad as it was pretty fiddly. Don't really want to eat happy to just sit and look at it. Hopefully will make a matching handbag soon LOL xx

Present Time

As of 1 June our Energy department is splitting and half of us are merging with Real Estate. As a little thank you to all the EAs for their support over the last 2 years, there were little Yankee candle gifts with handmade tags. The candles all smell lovely, Janai, Hayley, Marie, Emily, Sally and Claudia, hope you enjoy them and dont burn anything!!

Carved cake

Had a go at a motorbike cake, didnt come out great, but it was interesting to do. Didnt like the red colour of the spray can and I should have spent more time on the wheel and planned it better. but the leftover cake bits were yummy.

The Man who can't be moved!

Part of Yas birthday pressie were Script tickets. Script were fab and I even knew a few songs!! We also went to the Sky backstage bit and had our pic taken. Didnt realise there was a bar behind there. shame you cant see the concert from there, its lovely and relaxing and you can have your hair and make up done too.

Bash celebrated his 41st birthday in May, we all loved the fresh cream and fruit gateaux. love you hon xx

thought I had better resurrect my blog in the hope that Sam starts to blog all her wonderful crafty creations.

Thought I would include one of Tim's creations. hopefully will finish my two half done configuration boxes soon.
